Our process
How we plan it
- 1We walk the house. We look at the layout, insulation, windows and where equipment and ductwork can go.
- 2We run the load calculation. This sets the right size. Too big and the system short-cycles. Too small and it runs nonstop and never keeps up.
- 3We check what's already there. Existing ducts, gas lines, venting and electrical are inspected for capacity and condition.
- 4We quote it in writing. Equipment, labor, permits and extras are all listed.

- Venting. Sized and sealed to move combustion gases safely out of the house.
- Gas line. Properly sized, pressure-tested and inspected.
- Ductwork. Sealed, insulated and balanced so every room gets heat.
- Thermostat. Programmable or smart, set up and explained.
- Permits and inspections. We handle them.
- Safety. Carbon monoxide detectors checked or added.

Most standard installs take one to two days. New construction and larger jobs take longer, and we'll give you a schedule up front.
